Every shipment is insured for its full invoice value and requires a signature on delivery. You’ll receive tracking details the moment a piece leaves our workshop.
Returns
Ready pieces can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and accompanied by the original invoice and certificate. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece has been inspected on our end, typically within 3–5 working days of receiving it back.
What isn’t returnable, and why
Custom and bridal commissions are built against your specific measurements, drawings, and approvals at every stage — they’re not returnable, simply because they were never generic stock to begin with. We flag this clearly before any commission begins, and walk you through a drawing you approve before a single stone is set, precisely so there are no surprises at the end.
If something arrives damaged
Photograph the packaging before opening it, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Every shipment is insured specifically for this — we will replace or repair at no cost to you, and handle the courier claim ourselves.
