What we collect

When you send an enquiry

Your name, mobile (WhatsApp) number, your message, the product you asked about, and a record that you ticked the consent box, with the date and time.

When you message us on WhatsApp

Your WhatsApp number, the name on your WhatsApp profile, and the messages, photos or files you send us, along with delivery and read status.

Appointments and orders

Details you choose to share with us so we can book a visit, prepare a quotation or complete a purchase.

Your bag and wishlist

These are saved only in your own browser on your device. We do not receive them unless you send them to us.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell your information to anyone.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you information you asked for, such as availability, price or design details.
• To arrange appointments, quotations, orders, repairs and after-sales service.
• To keep a record of our conversations so any member of our team can help you.
• To send offers or updates on WhatsApp, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can reply STOP at any time.
• To protect our website and forms from spam and misuse.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need to run our business, and only for that purpose:

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), which carries our WhatsApp messages.
• Cloudflare, which provides spam protection (Turnstile) on our forms and secure network connections.
• Hostinger, which hosts this website.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We never sell or rent your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records and conversations for as long as you are our customer or until you ask us to delete them, so that we can help you with past purchases, buyback and exchange. Technical logs are deleted automatically after a limited period.

How we protect it

Your information is stored in our own customer system, which only authorised staff can access with individual logins. Connections are encrypted, and access is recorded.

Your choices and rights

• Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it, or to delete it.
• Withdraw your consent to WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting us.

We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable Indian law.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
